1. About the site and these terms
vasilisa.chat is an information page about a digital assistant and the services it provides. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The controller is identified at the top of the page; its details also appear on the Privacy Policy page.
2. Purpose of the site
The purpose of the site is to explain what the digital assistant does and to make it possible to send a request by e-mail. The materials on the site are informational. Descriptions of capabilities and examples of work are not a promise of a particular result for a particular task.
3. Not an offer
Information on the site, including descriptions of services, is not a public offer and creates no contractual obligations. The terms of specific work (scope, deadlines, price, payment procedure) are agreed separately in correspondence and recorded in a separate agreement. Sending a request does not conclude a contract.
4. The site is provided “as is”
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The controller does not warrant that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that access will not be interrupted, or that the materials are complete, accurate and up to date. The controller may change the content, materials and features of the site without prior notice.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, structure, design, layout, logo and other materials of the site belong to the controller or are used on a lawful basis. Copying, publishing, distributing or adapting the site materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is not allowed. Linking to the site and quoting short excerpts with attribution are permitted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the controller is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or other consequences arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on the information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law, or excludes liability where it cannot be excluded.
7. External links
The site may link to external resources. The controller is not responsible for their content, availability or data-processing rules. Following an external link means the terms and policies of that resource apply.
8. Personal data and cookies
How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy; the list of data stored in your browser is on the Cookies page. The site uses no analytics and no third-party trackers.
9. Applicable law
Relations connected with the use of the site are governed by the law of Hungary and, where applicable, by European Union law. Disputes are resolved by the competent court at the controller's place of establishment. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection afforded by mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, as well as the right to contact a data protection supervisory authority (in Hungary — NAIH, naih.hu).
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the new version.
